1. a) In completing the values activity, I was able to reflect and truly think about what the most important values were to me. While I agreed with many of the values found in the activity, I ended up agreeing the most with “I believe that everyone should have the same opportunities and rights“, “I believe it is important to take care of others and help them meet their needs” and “I believe it is important to continually pursue new skills and self-awareness”.
