What influences or forms a human being? (research plan) Blog post #2

My research plan:

Question 1: What can effect the emotions of a human?

This question will explain what external and internal variables can effect a human’s emotions. It will also explain what would have a positive impact and a negative impact on the mental health and emotions of a human being.

Question 2: What can effect the physical aspect of a human?

This question will explain what external and internal variables and events can effect your physical health, and how it can shape you as a human. It will also explain the correlation between mental and physical health, and how they build each other up and how the interfere with the other’s well being.

Question 3: How to manipulate/ control the emotions of yourself and others?

This question will explain how to manipulate or influence other people and their emotions. It will also explain how to control and keep your own emotions in check. Keeping in check with your own emotions and mental health is also a question that i will be touching on. What can have a positive impact and negative impact on your mental and physical health, along with how to avoid the bad and open yourself up to the good.

Question 4: What are the different coping mechanisms for stress?

This was one of the suggestions I got from one of my blog posts. Answering this question will explain how the coping mechanisms that people use when stressed. I will talk about the most common ones, then I will talk about ones that have worked personally for me and would suggest to other people who deal with stress and anxiety.

Question 5: Is technology like social media beneficial for our mental health?

Answering this question will explain why or why not social media is good for our health, and what kind of content is beneficial, while what might not be. Just like everything else, each human is different, but there are similarities and patterns in beneficial things. I will explain how it might affect our mental and emotional health, and why it affects it so much.

Question 6: How can our friends and families help elevate our mental health?

For this question, I will be researching different ways that the people around you and that you care about can boost your mental health, and different ways to comfort people when they are down. How people around you act around you can affect your mental health greatly, and how just being around other people in general can boost your mental health.

  1. Hello!

Wonderful Inquiry question. Your blog post caught my eye because the topic of “infulence” is something my English class is currently analyzing. I think it’s a very intersting and broad subject that can vary depending on how people may be infulenced and what can influence them. I think that your sub-questions are great in order to form a base for what you’re researching. I would like to see some questions that dig into the external sources that impact emotion/influence us/shape us rather than refer to them within your sub-topics. An example is “How does family and the morals one grows up with influence who we are as people today?”

To add, I really liked how you mentioned that you will soon help your reader differentiate between good influences and emotions and negative ones. This can truly have a positive affect on both your mental and physical health.

  2. Hi!
I like reading your blog and am interested in the topic you chose. It’s an intriguing topic, and you’ve done a fantastic job of explaining how there may be both negative and positive effects, which is especially important given that this is a vast and complicated topic that impacts everyone differently. I advise you to look at the impacts of human behaviour and how it affects how we feel. You may investigate if cultures, conventions, and society have a role in how we interact and how various elements affect people differently. How can we help others who have different backgrounds and cultures than us?
I enjoyed reading your article and eagerly await the next one!
