Hi, my name is Simone Poirier. I am 16 and go to langley fine arts school. This is my first time with butterfly and I am so excited to be apart of it. I live in Langley B.C and one of my favorite subjects is french but I do enjoy my AP art class. I love animals (my adorable dog Daisy), and reading!
Some of my families traits are to be kind and generous to others. Always try to be there for your friends and including those you don’t know. This is also why I am so excited to help as much as I can and to meet new people and hear there stories from all around the world 😁! I want to help and make an important impact! Some of my family tradition would be always being together at christmas and big holidays. I’m not sure if that would be a tradition but every year I love it and it makes me so happy to see everyone. We play games and we listen to awesome music.
One thing about me that would possibly be surprising to others, might be that i am an art major. I love art and I have drawn my entire life. My family members would know thisimmediately and those who have known me (my personality) very well, but I believe by just asking some of my friends I give off a more active type of personality.
For My passion in all honesty I don’t know, it would be sports and movies. I love sports for the activeness and excitement. I love the outdoor and the environment, it is so amazing. I love movies for the excitement as well, I love how they are created and the production involved. The creativity and how everyone has a job that adds to it! It all builds it into something amazing in the end, with all the detail! But even though I love this when I grow up I’m hoping to become an architect. I love the design of building, how they have changed over centuries from old structures to newer. Ah I realize I’m writing a lot for this but really I don’t know what to write. I don’t have everything figured out, I don’t even know what I’m truly passionate about. Life is hard, it throws curves that are hard to get through. But then again that’s what helps you grow 😁❤️ but you just got to remember to live your best life. No matter what! Do what you love and if you don’t know, do what you enjoy!
My strongest attribute would be “im a good bean” quoting friend Vienna!! My strongest trait would be friendly, outgoing and funny at times.
If I could solve any global problem, It would probably be hunger. I have felt amounts of hunger before and it can be so painful. I have never felt what true hunger feels like, I can only imagine but that’s why we need to solve it, so it’s only an idea. I also believe that everyone should have equal and quality education! No matter what ur gender or we’re you are from, education is what will build and give us a better life. I would also love to solve our environmental problem, this is our planet and it has been so amazing to us by literally giving us a home. I feel that if we can not do the same to earth that is just cruel. The earth is how we live, not money, nor power, life!
A hero always has struggles just like everyone else. They cry, they laugh, they smile and they feel scared. But a hero to me looks past this and still will do their best to help others, they have courage and is someone that people look up to. For me one of these would be my mom. She has done so much for me and is always there for me. Another would be the marvel hero spiderman or captain america. They are amazing and I love the characters and the actors who play them. I feel I can relate to them in ways and I love there back stories as well! This makes them who they are.
