The reason am interested in this question is because I want people to learn about leadership. In addition, I would like people to understand how and who they should choose as their leader. First, a good leader will assist the community live peacefully and together.
What’s notable about this section is that many Africans, particularly young people, dislike being dominated by elders. They also desire to be dominated by youths because they believe it is easy to persuade and listen to young leaders.
The fundamental issue is that certain leaders always turn to look at their own communities while ignoring others. For example, the Agikuyu community is more developed than Turkana and other communities in northern Kenya. Second, certain places, such as Nairobi, have developed while others, such as Turkana, have not; why is this? This is because many African leaders are from the Bantu community, and some of them show favouritism.
The value of this question is that leaders and citizens will understand their duties and obligations. Furthermore, they will comprehend the procedures and methods for resolving issues through negotiation.Aside from that, people will understand the value of having a leader or being ruled, since this will allow them to live in equality.
