My inquiry question is how does housing prices affect the economy in Canada and Kenya. My reasons for choosing this inquiry question are I am interested in finding more about the economy in both places and how housing is affecting it, I also want to learn more about housing and how housing has evolved in history. I think that many people would find the answer to this question interesting.
My interest in economics started a year back when I was researching how to make money from investing, I stumbled on a post about inflation and its effects on the buying power of the average Canadian. When my parents bought a house, I became interested in housing, so I did my i own research and realized how much house prices have risen every year. I wanted to learn more about why house prices are rising and how they are affecting the economy and the population.
