Hi everyone
Thank you for joining me today for my next inquiry research. As an avid caffeine lover, I am very dependant on caffeine, and cannot start my day without it. Though this sounds very bad, and it probably is not the best, I have always though about why there are so many words and opinions about how bad caffeine is for youths, and younger people in age. I do not know of the effects of caffeine, and how it could possibly harm young people, so I have decided to research….
The effects of caffein on youths!
This question hits closes to me as I mentioned I love caffeine! Not only do I like the flavour of coffee, or energy drinks, I like the boost of energy that you can gain from it. It helps me focus and get me in a productive mindset in order for me to finish my work, and though I can do the work without the boost of coffee, it simply brings me joy to have a cup of coffee while finishing up my school work! It helps me stay motivated, and also allows me to go to fun cafes and find new areas to study because I experiment with different drinks, and shops. Because drinking coffee allows me to do and find so many new things, I don’t want to have only one view of coffee, and I want to know more about it’s more negative views, which is why I want to study and research it more.
Because of how dependant I have become too caffein, I want to know the effects of it, such as the negatives, the positives, and possibly substitutes for caffein because if it is as unhealthy as many people say it is, I want to be sure that I can take good care of my health and body. Being dependant on a drink that can cause me harm is not something that I wish to continue, so I hope that this research will be able to help me know more about foods that I am digesting, and I hope to know about the effects and habits it may have caused, so that I can change them for both my health and future.
Thank you for reading through my post today! I am very excited to research this topic, and hope others would love to also follow along!
Thank you, and see you next time!
Hi Negar, I came across your inquiry project and I think your topic is really interesting because just like you, I am also a coffee lover. I also think that it is very important to young adolescents (especially teenagers/high schoolers) to read and learn about the good and bad effects that caffeine could have on their brain and bodies. I believe you chose a great topic for us all to learn more about.
I found one link that I hope will help you along with your research:

I am really excited to read your future blog posts and see what you have to say about this great topic. Best of luck to you and your research!

Hello Negar,
I found your blog post so relatable and thought-provoking! Your personal connection to caffeine and your curiosity about its potential negative effects make for a brilliant exploration of a topic that many can relate to. Your willingness to critically examine your own habits and consider the broader implications of caffeine consumption really stood out to me. One suggestion for future blog posts could be to dig deeper into the scientific research behind the effects of caffeine on young people in more detail. Exploring studies on how caffeine affects brain development, sleep patterns, and overall health in adolescents could provide valuable insights for both yourself and us readers. Additionally, examining potential alternatives to caffeine for boosting energy and focus could offer practical solutions for those looking to reduce their dependence on caffeinated beverages. Hi Negar,
I found this topic as something I relate to very much. I drink caffeine almost every day since I am not able to sleep well. I noticed how this can be dangerous for me as I am already drinking a cup of black coffee every day just to get through school. A suggestion I have is to mention the concern of having to drink more coffee or darker coffee over time to feel the effect. For me, it started with a light instant coffee every day and then to dark coffee as the instant coffees no longer had any effect. I was unaware of this and I regret drinking so much coffee in the past. Hey Negar,
I enjoyed reading your post as I have also always wondered how caffeine can negatively impact youth. Your post is so interesting to read and extremely engaging. Since many youth and high school students often rely on coffee, this topic resonates with a lot of us. I can’t wait to read more!
