  1. Hi, Prasin!

I definitely enjoyed reading your blog. Biology, in my opinion, is both intriguing and important. Understanding how we, as individuals, affect the environment is vital for solving major environmental challenges such as climate change! This is a great program to further research your passions and understand the influence you have on the world today. I am now exploring the elements that impact the human mind and actions. During this program, I learned a lot of stuff I didn’t know before, and you will definitely like your time here. I also like singing, cooking, and learning about different cultures and faiths, especially Christianity.

I look forward to reading your blogs!

    1. Hey Lilyphan

Thank you so much. I am happy to learn that we share a lot of similarities. I am really hoping to learn a lot of things from this program and also enjoy.
Wow that is a nice thing to learn about because it will be helpful to many including me.

  2. Hello Prasin!

Amazing blog post! Your blog post about yourself is very informative and impressive, for you shared your interests and passions with enthusiasm. In today’s age, people often lock themselves behind walls and would never dare to be vulnerable to others. Although online safety is important, this isolates people and takes away the human aspects from people, I really admire you for talking about your life with the burning passion of youth! I am looking forward to your future blog posts!

  3. Hello Prasin,
I loved reading your blog and getting to know a bit about you. I was happy to see you talk about your devotion to christianity and your unwavering devotion for it. Biology is a great subject to love, as it’s about all living things and about the world we live in. It’s also inspiring to hear that Wangari Maathai is your mentor. She was an incredible advocate for democracy and environmental conservation in Kenya, and it’s great to have someone like that involved in your life. I wish you luck for all your future blog posts and hope you enjoy your time in the Butterfly Effect program.

    1. Hello James
      Thank you so much .
I am hoping to become like Wangari Maathai and make the world a better place by bringing changes that I wish to see.

  4. Hi Prasin Mwende,

I loved reading your detailed post! My favorite color is also green, and I hope to protect the environment. For example, my family grows many vegetables in our garden instead of going to the grocery store and using plastic grocery bags. I am Christian too and I love singing gospel songs because it helps me grow my spiritual health which affects my physical and mental health. My favorite gospel song is “10 000 Reasons”. I am also hoping to go into sciences because I am hoping to become a dermatologist or family doctor. I speak French, English and Korean, but I would love to learn more languages too. Furthermore, I love to bake pastries like apple pies, croissants, and strawberry cakes. Some questions I have for you are: what other meals do you like to cook other than the Chapati? What career would you like to have in the future? What is your favorite gospel song? Who are your role models other than Wangari Maathai?
