blog post #2 How could Canada’s infrastructure be developed to lessen traffic – breaking it down

Welcome back to my blog, in this post I will take my question “How could Canada’s infrastructure be developed to lessen traffic?” and will break it down into three parts. Ill address each part with smaller questions which will make it easier to solve my main question.

first, I will research:

  1. the current state of the infrastructure

To figure out how to fix things you first have to look at what’s wrong and what’s causing it. This section will help me determine just that.

Question for this section: What are the factors causing the issue?

then, I will research:

2. looking and learning from other successful examples

Here ill look at other countries cities with an even bigger populations and how they maintain control over their traffic.

Question for this section: How have other countries effectively reduced traffic congestion, and what can Canada learn from them?

last, I will research:

3. potential solutions and innovations

I’ll look into ways to enhance public transportation, such as expanding bus, train, SkyTrain networks, and also ways to enhance the streets themself.

Question for this section: What are some things we could developed to help stop traffic and how would they be implemented?

Lessening traffic would have big effects on my community, people would have more time to do things since they would be spending less time stuck in their cars, also the infrastructure developing could cause more people to use public transportation which would be better for environment, minimizing air and sound pollution.

Some possible places I will use to start my researching
