Hi everyone ! Today I am going to break down my enquiry question; How sustainable is nuclear energy as a source of power in Kenya ,considering both environmental and economic factors?
#Round one of research: What is the cost of nuclear energy ?
This sub – question is essential because I will explore and identify how a country can afford renewable sources of energy and adopt using them ,Considering both cost and economic factor ?
I want to research on benefits of nuclear energy to a country and how cheap cost can be used in establishing without causing any harm .
#Round two of research :What are the effects of nuclear energy to the environment ?
Everything that have benefits must have disadvantages . I will look into some of the negative effects caused by nuclear energy like emissions of harmful fumes into the atmosphere . I will also look into some of the ways that industries are controlling environmental pollution from nuclear waste. For instance, some industries have introduced some applications like electrostatic precipitator which minimize harmfulness of the fumes.

I want to research on benefits of nuclear energy to a country and how a country can produce more affordable nuclear energy without causing any harm to the environment.

I am researching this topic because most sources of energy in Kenya are non renewable .I am looking forward to researching on how it can be established and adopted in our country using available sources and minimizing cost while maximizing profit.
