Hi guys! I wanted to talk about how the social media team ( myself included) have helped boost sales by getting people aware of the bake sales.
We have used Instagram to post our bake sale posters there and around the school. Our bake sale posters usually include the date, the time, what we are selling, and the price range to expect. We also have made a video on TikTok (very popular social media platform for teens) to get people more aware of the club and what we are doing. The video was people from the school showing their excitement for the bake sale (1). We also posted the same video on Instagram to get more views.

A challenge we faced was finding people in our school that were willing to make that video as we had only one day to actually complete the video. The time crunch showed another challenge as well because we also needed to set up a TikTok account and edit the video in time before the bake sale to have the video up for some time to get people to see it.
Overall, I’m really happy that I was able to help the club I am apart of to be able to have more sales and more success in getting people aware of the cause and the club!
