Blog Post #2 – Project Plan

Hi everyone, and welcome back to my blog! As I said before, for this semester, I will be researching the concept of innocent until proven guilty and how it protects individuals in the legal system. To split up my research, I will be researching the following three sub questions:

  1. What exactly is the concept of innocent until proven guilty?

2. How is innocent until proven guilty used in the Canadian legal system?

3. How does this concept protect individuals in the legal system whether they are guilty or not?

I think this question is important for those who have an interest in the criminal justice system and for anyone wanting to learn more about how it works. I have recently developed an interest for the criminal justice system and true crime and I’m hoping to learn more about it through this project.
