Blog post #5

Hi everyone! This is my fifth blog post and im going to be sharing everything i learned while doing my research and one final research. my big question is “Why has cars changed over time!”

so far we have compared old cars and modern cars. their apearance, materials used and manufacture of a cars. we can see that apearance is the main thing that catches our attention and can seee that this is the biggest difference typically in cars however when we look more in dept we can see that there are other things, and today im going to be doing some research on this question “was the materials of cars any different from todays cars ?” to continue with the other blog.

something that has stayed the same is steel being used in making of cars however since some cars are becoming more eco friendly and are being runned by battery instead of gasoline. this is huge but lets see how different these are. they definitely have more Bio-Based Materials such as wood panels used in luxury cars are being replaced by repurposed wood, cork, and fast-growing fibers from bamboo. thats for the interior but the exterior is simply designed differently.

we can also see that cars now have larger engines, fewer safety features, and they rarely have onboard computers.

vehicals are one of the reasons our pollution is so bad which is now we are looking for cars to be fully green. some of the biggest difference from cars from before and now is that we use advanced lightweighting material, making car a lot lighter almost by 70% lighter.

Here are the websites i used to find my information
