My inquiry question for this semester one project is “when and how do scientific theories change?”

To research this question further, I plan to investigate three sub questions:

  1. How are scientific theories created?
  2. What makes a scientific theory “correct” and accepted?
  3. When and what causes a scientific theory to change?

By researching these three questions, I think I’ll be able to have a deeper understanding of scientific theories, how they are created, and how they are accepted and proved.
