Hi I am Snaida and last time I did my inquiry question on droughts and floods and their impact on people’s lives. We are finishing this term at the end of October so we don’t have enough time to do a full inquiry project instead we are going to teach about a topic in one of our courses that we find difficult.
My topic is on forestry and I love Geography and this is what motivated me to do this topic. I will be teaching on types of forest and various factors influencing the type and distribution of forests. What I found challenging about this topic is to differentiate various factors influencing the distribution of forest. It is a simple topic but it requires high level of understanding the concept.
If you are interested in my topic you can share any idea of this topic and I hope it will be so interesting.
Hi Snaida!
Your topic sounds super interesting, and I wish you luck for when you teach about forestry! I don’t know much about the topic, but I love forests and trees so I’m excited to read your future research! I know you said you’ll talk about types of forests in the future, so I was curious about how many types of forests there are?
Here are some links that may help you:

Good luck!

Hi Snaida!
This topic about forestry sounds very interesting and fun. Although I don’t know much about forestry, I love nature and the environment. I am looking forward to reading your next post!
I was wondering what is the percentage of trees on earth? If you know.
Here I found this website that talks about all there is to know about forestry
https://forests.org/
I hope I could help a little and good luck!
