Throughout our action, Jade and I have decided on a location and time for us to meet up. Together, we have decided on meeting up at Town Centre Park, next Sunday. Through communication and research, we found Town Centre the most suitable option as our first location to collect littered garbage.
Other than planning our first meet up together, we decided on a location together. We both decided to go garbage collecting in Town Centre Park for numerous reasons. After researching and reading online thoroughly, we chose this park specifically as it a very popular area, and constantly busy. Additionally, we researched more about the negatives and harmful effects of littering and its consequences on the environment to have a better understanding of our action project.
During this action project, Jade and I have come across a few challenges. Our main challenge was finding a suitable time for us to meet up. As we are both extremely busy, and have very different schedules, it was hard to find a time for us to meet up. After constant communication, we have found a day for us to meet up, next Sunday afternoon, April 30. Despite our difficult challenge, I believe that our determination and continuous communication proved to be the most effective and progressive towards our action project.
After Jade and I go to Town Centre next Sunday, we will discuss and evaluate our progress. We will consider what went well, and what needs improvement. This will help us better our action project and enhance our impact on our environment and the community around us.

I feel you on the scheduling. As a club leader, I myself am no stranger to meeting time troubles, as I want to accommodate to all members. However, listing out our schedules to each other using software shared calendars/Excel spreadsheets have helped us greatly. Perhaps this would work for you if you have any team projects in the future? I’m sorry if any of this is redundant.
Also, one last thing, is this an action or inquiry project? Because the title is Action while the post is tagged as inquiry.

This is an action project! Jade and I are planning on picking garbage around Town Centre. Fortunately, we were able to find a good time for us to meet up, as its just the two of us, our communication was the key to resolving our problem. Thank you for all your help and suggestions.

I think picking Town Centre Park as your location is a great idea because, as you mentioned, there’s many people there and when you and Jade set that good example for our community about taking care of the environement, you will influence others positively to clean up after themselves and also take care of their environement as you both are doing.
