Benefits of Eco-Friendly Products And Initiatives From Around The World

This question is vastly controversial when it comes to the marketing strategy of major companies. I am intrigued by this question as it has the potential to consist of multiple correct answers, changing every year as human knowledge of our global footprint evolves. Companies nowadays are abusing their products with the “eco-friendly” label. I really want to understand whether this kind of marketing is legitimate, or a marketing strategy used to manipulate consumers into thinking that they are contributing to the betterment of the world. This knowledge would serve as a gamechanger for me as trips to the store would become less of a guessing game.
