What are the reasons behind our concern for our physical well-being?
Everything else in life depends on physical well-being. There is research that shows that our physical well-being affects mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, as well as our stress tolerance and cognitive abilities.
I chose this topic because it involves the ability to perform physical activities and fulfill social roles. Through this inquiry, I will explore mental illnesses and how they affect our bodies and lives, as well as how the covid pandemic has affected our lives since its beginnings by talking about virtual classes and social media.
In addition, since all of this began, I realized it is important to take care of your body to maintain mental and emotional health. The first step towards mental and emotional well-being is taking care of your body. The mind and body are inextricably linked. Physically improving your health automatically leads to a greater sense of mental and emotional wellbeing. The best way to avoid type 2 diabetes and reduce the risk of cancer is to take good care of your body.
