Hi! I hope you all are having a good day and staying safe!
My Day begins with a morning run around 7:00 AM, it sets the tone for the rest of my day. I then walk my dog after, it’s important to keep our pets active and happy as well:)
I’ve noticed my days being a lot more mindful, and I’m more in tune with myself than ever. Btw, I think a great and easy tip to stay mindful is by limiting screen time, phones detach us from our true emotions, so I try to keep my phone off until later in the day.
I’ve set some goals I can work on during this quarantine, it’s a great opportunity to work on ourselves and the things we’ve always wanted to do but never had time for.
e.g.-I’ve implemented a daily meditation, reading, posture practice… etc
I think what brings me joy in this time is a disciplined schedule, it always feels good to know you are moving forward.
What I realized I was taking granted before this was the ability to go shopping, I WANT TO BUY CLOTHES.
