Self-Reflection:

1.) What is something you did for your body?
I walk my dog every day, my dog is very energetic, so we tend to go on lots of walks. My family also enjoys watching workout videos online to boost our enthusiasm in fitness.
2.) What is something you did for your mind?
Listening to music has been one of my past times for this week. Listening to music has helped me to keep calm during these situations and just relax. I have been making playlists for my family so they can do the same.
3.) What is something you did for your happiness?
I have been watching all the movies and shows that I could not watch right now. I have made a list and I am slowly going through all of them.
4.) What is something you did for someone else?
My family has all been trying out new hobbies and I try to support them best I can. My sister has recently started baking a bunch of sweets. I have tried to help even though I am not good with food.
