I would like to volunteer at an animal shelter.
The reason that I would like to volunteer at an animal shelter is because I like working with animals and I know that if I do something I enjoy then I will work harder and I will volunteer more.
My action plan:
I would like to start by contacted a few organisations such as the BC SPCA to see if they need volunteers. If they need volunteers then I will apply to become one, if they don’t accept me then I will contact another one. I will try to volunteer for at least 2 hours a week and a bit more if I can, hopefully I can volunteer on the weekends but I can volunteer on weekdays if needed. After I volunteer I will make a post about my experience (I will post after each time)

Awesome post! I know some people who have volunteered or currently volunteer at an animal shelter, and they’ve said that they had really appreciated the experience. Not only does volunteering at a shelter support the pets in need, but it also allows you to gain experience and be involved in your community. For your next post, perhaps you could mention which of the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals you support? I believe that it would be beneficial in connecting it to how it relates to your passion to work with animals. Even so, I enjoyed reading your Action, and I am excited to see where this project takes you!
